Gas and /or particle filters respirators consist of a facepiece, or of a powered hood, Fitted with one or two filter, that retain airborne gas, vapors, dusts, fumes, mists.

The limits of use come from the filter, the facepiece as well as the environmental conditions. The following information have a general character and shall be completed with the national regulations and with the information in this notice.

The filtering devices are category III PPE as defined by directive 89/686/UE and shall be used only by specially trained people well aware of the limits for use imposed by law.
